Swizz Beatz aka The Monster recently started a new music segment called “Monsters Monday.” Every Monday Swizzy will be dropping a new track. This week he released a track called “Bang Bang” Ft. Pusha T and Pharrell. Just like all Swizzy beats, this beat is hot. Pusha T killed this track. Pusha T has always been a dope lyricist but he was always underrated. By Pusha T signing with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music, I think he will finally get the recognition that he deserve. Pusha T shine on homie, I’m riding for you.

Last week, I posted Tyga’s freestyle to Wiz Khalifa’s “Black & Yellow.” Today, the official video was released. The video was directed by Jessie Jackson. “Black & Yellow” will be appearing on Tyga’s upcoming mixtape Well Done, hosted by DJ Drama. As of posting, no word on when the mixtape will be dropping. Honestly, I’m feeling this freestyle and I think Tyga is dope. He’s the future of Hip-Hop; when he get his chance to blow, he will be great at being an artist. I can see Tyga having a great music career.

The Harajuku Barbie returned back to her home town of Trinidad to perform in front of a sold out crowd. The concert took place this past Saturday (October 30th) at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port-of-Spain. The Young Money femcee performed some of her mixtapes tracks as well as some tracks off of her debut album including “Itty Bitty Piggy,” “Check It Out,” “Your Love,” “Monster,” and “Right Thru Me.” Nicki’s debut album Pink Friday, will be in stores and online Monday November 22nd. The Bugatti Boyz were spotted styling on them lames on the set of their new video “Another One.” The Boss was wearing a $2,200 Exclusive Game Clothing custom leather jacket with a $745 pair of Lanvin high-Top sneakers, black tee-shirt and grey jeans. This is a Don Bleek exclusive. Down South Rapper/Producer Jay Electronica is a signature away from signing with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label. All of the paper work with the lawyers and accountants has already been process. By the time I post this story, Jay Electronica signature should be signed on the contract. A major announcement is expected to be made sometime this week or early next week.
Jay Electronica and Jay-Z already recorded a song together called “Rendezvous At Tiffany’s.” A snippet of the song was sent to my e-mail, but for legal reasons, I cannot post the song just yet. The two are supposed to premiere the song at Tiffany’s & Company in NYC.
I came in this industry respecting the music of Jay-Z and Biggie. I am one of the biggest Jay and Big fans but this dude Jay Electronica is f**king dope. I haven’t felt and artist this much since I started listening to Biggie and Jay back in the late 90′s. I am a fan of his and I think he has a lot of potential. In my opinion, Jay will make a great impact once he drop his debut album.

10 weeks later, Kanye took it back to the 70′s on his new track “The Joy” Ft Jay-Z, Pete Rock, Charlie Wilson, Curtis Mayfield, and Kid Cudi. As I previously reported back in August, Ye made a promise, “I will be dropping a new track every Friday up until Christmas.” I can’t front, Kanye got me on this track. I think I’m a little to young because I wasn’t ready for this old skool laid back cool beat/track. I like Ye’s verse but Jay-Z’s verse was the best in my opinion. Where did they find Pete Rock at? I haven’t heard from him in years.
Kanye West will be dropping his forthcoming LP My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy on November 22. This will be Kanye’s follow-up to 808s & Heartbreak. So far Kanye has released nine of the singles from the 12 tracks album. This is nothing more than a stunt to boost up Nicki’s first week album sells. Lil Kim expressed her feeling toward Nicki Minaj back in the summer. If Nicki felt anyway about Kim, she should have addressed it back than; don’t wait until three weeks before your album drop to reply back to Kim. I don’t care about Eminem being featured on the track, the song is still wack. On top of that, why Nicki couldn’t diss Kim by herself? I’m assuming she needed Em’s help to make the song stand out more. Em, I NEVER respected or like you from the start; you are even more wack for jumping on a song with a female to diss another female. You don’t get any cool points for that. What real man you know gets in the middle of female beef? Nicki is a horrible rapper. Honestly, the words that she be saying aren’t even words. NICKI SUCKS!!!
