Over this past weekend, Brooklyn’s rapper Jay-Z and his wife Beyoncé were spotted vacaying in Hvar Island, Croatia. They were joined by Gwyneth Paltrow. The other day, The Carter’s were spotted in Venice, Italy. Hvar is a Croatian island in the Adriatic Sea, located off the Dalmatian coast, lying between the islands of Brač, Vis and Korčula. Its hillsides are covered in pine forests, with vineyards, olive groves, fruit orchards and lavender fields in the agricultural areas (source).
Life must be good for Jay and Bey because they’re living it up. Last month, the Interweb went crazy, even setting a world record on social networking site Twitter, when Beyoncé announced on the red carpet at the 2011 MTV VMA’s that’s she and her husband Jay-Z are expecting their first child together.

I think this is their second trip to Croatia. Last year they had some problems with Croatian paparazzi. Their bodyguard broke camera of one.
