To My Lovers & Hip Hoppers:
Thanks for continuing to support the show! Hopefully it’s getting better for you guys by the week. You’re actually coming up on what I feel are our best episodes so can’t wait to hear your reactions. We’re almost wrapped with shooting and I can’t tell you how happy that make me! Note to self- shooting while the show Is airing? – Not a good thing. Lol! Anyway, we got through it and I love that you guys are loving it. Thanks again for the support and keep watching!!

With Love and Hip Hop such a success, are we going to be getting spinoffs of the show?
I definitely want to create a franchise as Hip Hop is global and I think there are great women and stories to be told in other markets, not just in the US but Internationally as well. Hip Hop is huge in Germany and France and they have their own stars over there. Can you imagine? But in answer, I have definitely had my eye on a couple of other cities and have put some feelers out there with some ladies, so hopefully there’s something to announce in the very near future.
Will we be seeing more of Yandy’s work with Monami?
Interesting that you ask as that is an area the network and I always disagree on. They feel that the work stuff isn’t as interesting and that the viewers will get bored. I believe our viewers want a balance and want to see different kinds of women represented. But in fairness sometimes the work and career stuff is hard to capture in a compelling way. The personal stuff tends to be more exciting. Anyway, we do see Yandy in work mode and we will make it a point moving forward to continue to showcase that side of her life.
