In the past, Rose confirmed that she was indeed ready to start a family with her fiancée (Wiz Khalifa). Last night Thursday (July 12), Rose attended two promo appearance for Smirnoff Whipped Cream & Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka in Philly at the PA Fine Wine & Good Spirits store.
