Last night Friday (September 14), Rev Run’s daughter Angela Simmons celebrated her 25th birthday at the Martin Lawrence Gallery in NYC. The PYNK magazine hosted star-studded birthday bash featured guest appearances by Angela’s Father Rev Run, Uncle Russell Simmons, Sister Vanessa and her mother. NBA player J.R. Smith of the New York Knicks, actress Tika Sumpter, rapper Theophilus London, and Tamar & Vincent also partied it up with Angela. She got all glammed-up in a black zipper embellished dress she co-designed with Edwing D’Angelo. Singer Bridget Kelly sang “Happy Birthday” to Angela.
