Over this past weekend, the talented Kelly Rowland was spotted at Atlanta’s V-103 ‘For Sister’s Only Expo’ at the Georgia World Congress Center. Kelly took the stage to perform some of her biggest hits. For the event, she opted for a red sheer blouse, studded denim cutoff daisy duke and YSL Ariane Ice Skating Wedge Boots. Kelly was looking like an around the way girl in her long cornrows.
