Draya Photo’d At Hot 97′s Summer Jam 2013 With Lil Kim, A$AP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, Ace Hood & More

Over this past weekend, Model-turned- reality star Draya Michele attended New York’s Hot 97′s  Summer Jam 20th anniversary concert at New Jersey’s Met Life Stadium. She was photo’d backstage and in the lounge area with Lil Kim, A$AP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, French Montana, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled and Trinidad James. For the occasion, the BBWLA standout star kept it casual in a blue printed two piece short suit accessorized with $280 now $169 Givenchy Embossed Rubber Grommet Sandals and a black Chanel bag.

Last night Wednesday (April 24), Jones Magazine, and The NorthStar Group celebrated Jones Magazine’s ’3rd Annual Best In Beauty Awards‘ and their latest issue at New York’s DUO. The private VIP dinner was backed courtesy of Colgate White, and The NorthStar Group. Guests received Optic White gift bags. Entrepreneuress Angela Simmons, Yandy Smith, Lore’l & Raqi Thuda of Love & Hip Hop: New York, singer Mashonda, promoter Legendary Damon and Publisher Londell McMillan were in attendance. LHHATL Reality Stars K. Michelle, Miami Faust, Ariane Davis & Karlie Redd Parties At Private Viewing Party

Last night Monday (April 22), Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta premiered on VH1 at 8pm. As always, the show was a HAWK mess and filled with drama! The love triangle between Stevie J, Mimi Faust and Joseline continues. Lil Scrappy moved back into his fiancée’s Erica Dixon’s house and Shay is still in love with Scrappy. That Mama Dee, well that’s another story! K. Michelle inked a record deal with Warner Music Group (all of WMG’s artists were moved to Atlantic Records) and she is currently in the studio working on her debut album.

To celebrate the official premiere viewing partying, some of the cast members including K. Michelle, Miami Faust, Ariane Davis and Karlie Redd partied it up in Atlanta at Spa Bistro. Ariane hosted the event and served as bartender for the evening. Derek J and Victor were also in attendance.

Nene Leakes Enlists Cynthia Bailey, Marlo Hampton, Jennifer Williams & Laura Govan As Bridesmaids For Her Wedding

Yes, she’s very rich and now Nene Leakes is filming her own spin-off show for BRAVO. Nene does a great job branding herself! The mega reality star, actress and author turned her 15 minutes of fame into a multimillion dollar empire including movies, TV shows, real estate, a restaurant, and shoe line.

After numerous rumors, it was just confirmed that BRAVO granted Nene her own show, I Dream of Nene which is scheduled to premiere this Fall 2013. The show will focus on Nene and Greg’s upcoming wedding ceremony. Nene enlisted some of her reality stars BFF including Cynthia Bailey, Marlo Hampton, Jennifer Williams & Laura Govan as bridesmaids for her wedding. Nene also hired celebrity wedding planner Tiffany Cook to help make her dream wedding a reality.

Last night, I attended the New York ‘Press Reception’ for Season 2 of VH1/Monami Entertainment’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, which was presented by Myx Fusion, a fruit-infused moscato. The event was spearheaded by 135th Street Agency and over 200 bloggers, journalists, tastemakers and socialites gathered inside of Stage 48, located in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood for a sneak peek of the premiere episode, followed by a Q&A which was moderated by executive production Mona Scott Young. Cast members including K. Michelle, Mimi Faust, Erica Dixon, Stevin J & Joseline Hernandez were in attendance. Yandy Smith and Lore’l of LHHNY and the cast of VH1′s The Gossip Game also showed up to last night’s event. For the occasion, I went with a casual look! I wore a $30 Zara Tee-Shirt with Faux Leather Stripe and $60 Zara Plain Trousers paired with Balenciaga Violet Monochromes High Sneakers which are from the upscale fashion house Spring/Summer 2013 Collection. Lore’l Hosts ‘Billboard Bytch’ Listening Session In A $895 Alexander McQueen Gold Geometric Hummingbird-Print Dress

This past Wednesday (April 17), Brooklyn-born and Dirty Jerz raised femcee Lore’l of Love & Hip Hop: New York held a private listening session for her latest mixtape, entitled Billboard Bytch at Natsumi in NYC. D’Usse, Malibu Red and Myx Moscato sponsored the event. VH1′s reality stars including Lorel’s BFF Angela Yee from The Gossip Game, Mimi Faust, Erica Dixon & Ariane Davis from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, Ramona Rizzo from Mob Wives and Yandy Smith (she is currently managing Lore’l) from Love & Hip Hop: New York were in attendance. As always, this cute leading lady was dipped in designers! According to Yakini of RealityTVFashion, “Lore’l slipped into an $895 Alexander McQueen Gold Geometric Hummingbird-Print Dress.” This sleeveless stretch mini features a jewel neckline and all over kaleidoscopic hummingbird-and-dragonfly print. The dress looked cute on Lore’l and it showed her nice figure.

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Cast Invades NYC’s Stage 48 For Press Reception

Last night, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast members K. Michelle, Mimi Faust, Erica Dixon, Stevin J & Joseline Hernandez invaded New York City for Season 2 premiere screening and press reception hosted by Monami Entertainment, NFGTV and Myx Fusions. The reality stars were joined by the show’s creator and executive producer Mona Scott Young. The event was spearheaded by 135th Street Agency and over 200 bloggers, journalists, tastemakers and socialites gathered inside of Stage 48, located in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood for a sneak peek of the premiere episode, followed by a Q&A which was moderated by Mona Scott Young. Yandy Smith and Lore’l of LHHNY and the cast of VH1′s The Gossip Game also showed up to last night’s event. While on stage, K. Michelle and Mimi reconciled and hugged each other. The biggest highlight of the evening was when a writer from Bossip.Com introduced himself and tried to ask K. Michelle a question. Before he asked his question in its entirety, K. Michelle shut him down once she realized that he was from Bossip because in the past, that blog wrote some negative stories about her. “It’s not up to you to kick me when I’m down because you have a motherf**king keyboard!” K. Michelle screamed at the Bossip writer. She then added, “I got two big ass cheeks and you can kiss them! I got it out, I feel great!” Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta premieres this Monday April 22nd at 8pm on VH1.

The cast members of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta are on a press tour promoting season 2 of their VH1 reality show which premieres next Monday (April 22) at 8pm. Last night Monday (April 15), industry insiders, tastemakers, socialites and bloggers packed Atlanta’s Cream Ultra Lounge for a preview of season 2 premiere episode. Monami Entertainment, NFGTV and Myx Fusions hosted the event. Cast members including Stevie J, Joseline Hernandez, Mimi Faust, Erica Dixon, Rasheeda Frost, Kirk Frost, Shay Johnson, Momma Dee, Benzino, Mingnon Dixon and newcomers Traci Steele, Babey Drew and Che Mack were in attendance. Executive producer Mona Scott-Young welcomed the crowd, adding that season 2 is just as thrilling as the first one. BOSSIP senior editor Janee Bolden moderated the cast Q&A, while DJ Fadelf kept the crowd moving throughout the night. Additional guests included Shawty Lo, DJ Toomp, Adiz Bambi (“Basketball Wives”), Alexandra Dilworth (Bravo’s “Taking Atlanta”), Sincerely Ward (Bravo’s “Taking Atlanta”) and more. Special thanks to Myx Fusions, Malibu Red and Ciroc.

Last night, Wednesday (April 10), I attended HelloBeautiful.com’s “She Talks” series featuring music exec-turned-tv producer Mona Scott-Young. The event was held at Mist Harlem on 116th Street, hosted by urban entertainment blog Hello Beautiful and spearheaded by 135th Street Agency. Industry bloggers, tastemakers, and socialites gathered inside of the auditorium for Mona’s presentation. Guests enjoyed complimentary Myx Fusions drinks at the “Myx & Mingle” bar. Celebrity stylist Mysa Hylton-Brim and reality star/music manager Yandy Smith were in attendance. Mona shared business advice and discussed her current ventures including Love & Hip Hop, Love & Hip Hop: ATL, The Gossip Game and her partnership with Myx Fusions, a fruit-infused moscato and her upcoming venture including a new reality show for Bravo called Taking Atlanta which already went into production. According to celebrity blogger Yakini of RealityTVFashion, “Mona paired pleated black slacks with a blue drape top, Christian Louboutin Platform Slingback Pumps, and the $248 BCBGMAXAZRIA Guy Printed Tuxedo Jacket.” I wore a H&M denim shirt layered over a grey tee-shirt and drawstring Zanerobe ‘Sureshot’ Slim Tapered Leg Camo Pants paired with Balenciaga Violet Monochromes High Sneakers which are from the upscale fashion house Spring/Summer 2013 Collection.
