Prior to dating Iman, Rocky was linked to rapper Izzy Azalea and he also dated Teyana Taylor. Are you feeling Iman & Rocky as a couple? Would their relationship ruin Iman’s good girl image?

Fashionable recording artist A$AP Rocky reminds us that the summer is just around the corner in his latest GQ magazine spread. The Harlem native does a nice looking photo shoot on a yacht and jetski in the deep seas. In the shoot, the rising Hip-Hop dynamo styled in designer brands including Louis Vuttion, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Tom Ford and much more. Below is an excerpt:

“Rocky’s cocky ascension into stardom has been one part dope rhymes, one part highly evolved style. “I wanted to model when I was younger,” he says. “I was always into clothes and shit.” It’s a fact that’s constantly reinforced by his lyrics (Drop-crotch Jeremy Scott pants, bitch it’s Hammer time) and by menswear blogs that practically worship him. “I’m the man on those things,” Rocky gloats. “I don’t really look at them. A$AP Rocky Talks To Fashion Designer Alexander Wang About “The Gay Thing” For The April Issue Of Interview Magazine

Fashionable and stylish rapper A$AP Rocky covers the April 2013 issue of Interview magazine. For his cover story, Rocky was interviewed by American fashion designer Alexander Wang. During his interview, Rocky opened up and touched on various topics including growing up in Harlem, migrating down to SoHo and “the gay thing.” Below are some excerpts:

A$AP Rocky on fashion…

“Fashion was a natural thing to me. It was just one of those things that helped me be an individual … and it helped me get the attention that most people try to get with publicity stunts or by doing other crazy things.”

A$AP Rocky on growing up in Harlem then migrating down to SoHo and the Lower East Side…

“I came up in a world that was just crazy — and it was hectic and kind of radical at the same time. For me, growing up in Harlem and then migrating down to SoHo and the lower East Side and chillin’ down there and making that my stomping ground . . . That was a big thing, because I’m from Harlem, and downtown is more artsy and also more open-minded. So I got the best of both worlds. It was like being on the streets and then being in school at the same time, and I tried to keep my hands in everything just so I wasn’t missing out on any fun. I just always wanted to be knowledgeable of my whereabouts, my surroundings, and what was going on with our generation.”

A$AP Rocky on “the gay thing”…

“For instance, one big issue in hip-hop is the gay thing. It’s 2013, and it’s a shame that, to this day, that topic still gets people all excited. It’s crazy. And it makes me upset that this topic even matters when it comes to hip-hop, because it makes it seem like everybody in hip-hop is small-minded or stupid — and that’s not the case. We’ve got people like Jay-Z. We’ve got people like Kanye. We’ve got people like me. We’re all prime examples of people who don’t think like that. I treat everybody equal, and so I want to be sure that my listeners and my followers do the same if they’re gonna represent me. And if I’m gonna represent them, then I also want to do it in a good way.”

A$AP Rocky Looks Jiggy In 3.1 Phillip Lim & Givenchy While Filming A Visual In The Great White North

Platinum-selling rapper A$AP Rocky took a break from touring on Rihanna’s ‘Diamonds World Tour’ and traveled to the Great White North to film the visual to his collaboration, “We Them N—–” with rapper P. Reign. Rocky told Billboard, ”The direction of the video is to take the lifestyles of Canada and New York and interpret it on camera.” The Chubbs-directed visual was filmed at Toronto’s Silverline Studios. For his visual, Rocky’s outfit of choice was a $2,250 3.1 Phillip Lim White Leather Padded Biker Jacket, $545 Givenchy Hi-Lo Tunic Tee-Shirt and a pair of $275 3.1 Phillip Lim Slim Fit Layered Shorts. He topped his outfit off with a pair of high top white Nike Air Force 1′s.

“It’s just easy to work with mother fuckers who know you creatively and believe in your shit. That’s why this shit just goes together perfectly, because mother fuckers ain’t afraid to take risks,” said Rocky.
