Last month (March 30), Harlem’s rapper Jim Jones was arrested for driving with a suspended license, after police stopped him for driving his Bentley in a bus lane on Broadway. Capo could be heading to trial, because he turned down a plea deal. According to reports, the rapper turned down a plea deal yesterday in hopes of getting the misdemeanor offenses down to a simple violation. If he’s is convicted of the offense, he faces up to 30 days in jail.
