Spotted Across The Ponds: Nicki Minaj Arrives In London, Set To Launch New Fragrance

After a rough stressful weekend, which caused her to delete her Twitter account, Nicki Minaj recently arrived in the UK. Barbie was spotted arriving into London’s Heathrow Airport. She’s across the ponds to promote a new fragrance and has a few promo appearances which include a stop by the Graham Norton Show which airs Friday, an album signing and interview with BBC Radio One’s Tim Westwood. Minaj was wearing a pink fur coat and snow boats. Scaff  Breezy (SB) and Minaj’s entire glam squad was with her. Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded in stores and online now. Peep the pictures below:

Official Artwork: Nicki Minaj Reveals ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’ Covers

Young Money’s femcee Nicki Minaj will be releasing her sophomore album, entitled Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded on April 3. This is the follow-up to her platinum-selling disc, Pink Friday, which debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 chart with first-week sales of 375,000 copies. A few weeks later, the album reached number one on the chart and as of today, the disc sold over 1.7 million copies worldwide. On the cover, Minaj is sporting a chucky-ish look with splashes of bright colors. The album’s lead single, “Starships,” was released to iTunes and debuted at #9 on the Billboard Hot 100. The second single “Roman Reloaded” received positive reviews. Peep the deluxe edition cover below:

NOT Showing Her True Colors: Nicki Minaj Goes Blue For Vogue

In her latest feature inside of Vogue magazine, Nicki Minaj decided to go blue. Literally, her entire skin is painted blue. She is also wearing a pink wig. In the issue, Minaj talks about fighting for females, her career goals outside of music, fashion/style and much more. Minaj’s sophomore album, entitled Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded will be out this spring 2012. Below are some excerpts:

On fighting for females.

“I’m fightin’ for the girls that never thought they could win.”

On her career goals outside of music.

“A huge part of me wanted to be a lawyer! I would do a really good job as a prosecutor,” she alleges.

On her fashion/style, which dates back to her high school days in Queens.

“I was dressing in Tommy Hilfiger baggy shirts and Boss jeans, but then I met a person who dressed like a tiny lady—pantsuits, heels, lots of makeup. I thought she was larger than life. She once did my makeup—I had never seen myself made up before. I didn’t want to wash it off; I felt like I had one day to live this fantasy of being a glamour girl.”

They Represent Queens: LL Cool J & Nicki Minaj Grammy Promo Pictures

Queens, New York will definitely be in the building for the 54th Annual Grammy Awards. The show is hosted by Hip-Hop legend LL Cool J and will be held on February 12th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Broadcast on CBS at 8:00 p.m. ET. LL Cool J and Nicki Minaj pose with a Gramophone for the official promo pictures released by Grammy.com.
