Men Lie, Women Lie, Numbers Don’t: The Throne’s ‘N****s In Paris’ Goes 3x Platinum; ‘No Church In The Wild’ Goes Gold

In the words of Jay-Z, “Men lie, women lie, numbers don’t.” The Throne’s (Jay-Z & Kanye West) Hit Boy produced track, “N****s In Paris” recently reached 3x platinum. The song is now triple platinum with digital sales crossing the three million mark. The Throne’s “No Church In The Wild” which serves as Watch The Throne’s opening track has gone gold (over 500,000 digital sales). “No Church In The Wild” is also nominated for six Grammy Awards. The album itself has sold over one-million copies worldwide. Congrats Jay and Ye!

Ball So Hard Across The Pond: Jay-Z & Kanye West Performs “N****s In Paris” In Paris 11 Times [With Video]

Taking their talents across the pond! Tonight Friday (June 1), Jay-Z and Kanye West (The Throne) performed their #1 chart-topping platinum hit “N****s In Paris” in Paris 11 times. Since The Throne performed the super dope track for the first time ever in the City of Bright Lights, it was only right that celebs from the states travel to France to witness history. Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, The Dream, Spike Lee, Justin Bieber, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Hit Boy were in attendance at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy for the first of two shows. Watch below:

Taking Their Talents Overseas: Jay-Z & Kanye West Announce ‘Watch The Throne’ European Tour Dates

Jay-Z and Kanye West aka The Throne are taking their talents Overseas. Hova and Yeezy recently announced the 2nd leg of their “Watch The Throne” tour. The tour kicks off in the UK at London’s famous O2 Arena. Hova and Yeezy will also be hitting Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Belgium, Germany and Ireland. Shots Fired: Lil Wayne Takes Shots At Jay-Z & Kanye West And Signs Christina Milian To YMCMB [With Video]

A lot of celebrities are out in L.A., getting ready for tonight’s Grammy Awards. Last night Saturday (February 11), YMCMB held their annual pre-Grammy party at Paramount Studios.  While onstage, Weezy gives a moment of silence for Whitney Houston and announced signing Christina Milian to YMCMB. Afterwards (3:50 mark), Weezy fired shots at Jay-Z and Kanye West.

“I met a red-bone, I took the girl home/I asked her what she wanna watch, she said, ‘surely not The Throne,’” said Weezy. Watch the video below:

Opening Night: Jay-Z & Kanye West’s “Watch The Throne” Tour Kick Off In Atlanta [PICTORIAL]

Atlanta sure was the city to be last night Friday (October 28). Jay-Z and his little brother Kanye West kicked off their “The Throne” tour at the Philips Arena. The Throne aka Jay-Z and Kanye West opened their set in a creative way. They entered the arena in two cube-shaped mini stages to the music of “H•A•M.” The show lasted for about 2 1/2 hours. They performed tracks from their platinum-selling album, entitled Watch The Throne, before doing their solo sets. Peep the pictures below:

The Throne: Jay-Z & Kanye West Covers RESPECT

Watch The Throne is the most important album in Hip-Hop history and RESPECT magazine can prove it. Jay-Z & Kanye West, also known as The Throne are covering the latest issue of RESPECT magazine. The two are not doing any press but somehow RESPECT magazine managed to run a cover story on Hova and Yeezy. This issue will be available on newsstands September 6.

Watch The Throne debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. The collaborative disc moved a total of 436,079 copies in the first week. 320,893 (digital) 115,186 (CD). This marks Kanye West’s fifth #1 album and Jay-Z’s 12th
